… So i told him let me see the product and then I’ll think about it .. so i looked at the main ingredients which were green tea and topical caffeine…so i came home and looked it up on the net and found that topical caffeine is a vasoconstrictor so that was all i needed to hear and i went back and tried it…and WOW to my amazement in 2 days I would say the last of the redness that the elidel cream and supplements weren’t taking care of is now gone … and I would pretty much say now that I’m not red, maybe just slightly but not really too noticeable…as far as I know he doesn’t sell this outside his office, but topical caffeine is known as a mild vasoconstrictor and boy does it work well.

Glad to hear you found a great product that works. Congrats!

One of my derms suggested his own topical green tea with caffeine product line, and it worked well for me also. Since I figured he wasn’t formulating his own products, I googled the ingredients and found that his products were a rebranding of the Replenix products, and I could could get them on the internet for considerably less money.

I use the following Replenix products: Topix Replenix Green Tea CF Cream and Topix Replenix Fortified Cleanser

There is also a Replenix green tea cf serum (I prefer the green tea cf cream.

Thought these might be the same products your derm is selling and that maybe these would be a little less expensive for you. But again, glad to hear you found a product that works!

Just a quick report on the Replenix CF Serum, which I’ve been using for one month now. It does appear to be helping. Of course it’s not a panacea, and this is an early assessment after the first month, but I’m inclined to believe that improvement has been around 30% since I introduced the Replenix CF Serum into my skin care regimen.

I chose the Replenix CF Serum (instead of cream) because the serum can be applied directly to the skin in a very thin coat and appears to penetrate the skin well. Also this product contains caffeine, a vasoconstrictor when applied as a topical. So now every morning after washing I start with a fairly thin layer of replenix applied directly to the skin surface, over all affected areas. Then I rub in a couple drops of jojoba, while the Replenix is still moist. Lastly I apply a coat of tinted ZincO.

Over to You

How about you ? Does the hype of this product match with your results.

Has anyone tried The Power of three from Topix?

I absolutely love Topix Replenix CF Cream. It’s the only cream/moisturizer I can use these days. It doesn’t irritate my skin or aggravate my rosacea, and I use it day and night. When my skin is a bit dryer in winter I layer a drop of Trilogie Rosehip Oil on top, and in the daytime I finish off with Clarins High Protection SPF 40.
I wish I could buy Topix Replenix from a UK or European company, though. Once I’ve paid for postage to England from the US, plus VAT and customs charges, it almost doubles the price.
I’ve tried lots of other stuff but this is the only cream that – so far – my skin hasn’t turned against. My derm told me not to experiment any more, but to stick with what I know works for me, so that’s what I’m doing.

I tried this cream as it is recommended by dr eslie baumann in her book for rosacea sufferers. It is very light but creamy, gos on nice. But after 5 days my skin started to get irritated- tingling and redness, breaking out. Oh well back to the drawing board.

Hi, i read about “Topix Replenix Retinol Smoothing Serum with green tea” but couldnt find out? Can anyone help me what is exactly that product or maybe another name of this one?

    • Elizabeth Stewart says:

I think you’re getting two different products’ names mixed up here. There’s the cf serum and cream, both with green tea and caffeine, but they also make another product with retinol. I don’t think that one contains green tea, though I could be wrong. But my derm told me to stay away from anything containing retinol or retinoids, because they irritate rosacea too much.

  10. Veronica says:

The Topix Replenix CF Cream (bought on Amazone) has done a great job at calming my redness, and increased the tolerance to other topicals and cosmetics within two weeks of use. (When I started using it just putting on my normal moisturizer or powder would make my skin itch and go red.) I also use the Replenix Retinol serum, but only on my jawline (where I have hormonal acne). It seems to help keeping the pores open without being overly harsh.) I’m very happy I found these products. My skin is a lot better after just 2 months of usage.
