  1. Sarah says:

I purchased a book called the Miracles of Coconut Oil. I read about how good for the skin and hair it is. It said it helps with acne, eczema, and psoriasis. I thought well if it helps with these I’ll go ahead and try it. I applyed a light coat on my face before going to bed and the next morning I was amazed at how all my big bumps were smaller and some cases gone. I have used it ever since and it has helped me maintain a better complextion.

When using coconut oil remember to use in small amounts and reapply when needed or your just wasting the product. You can find coconut oil in your health food store or in the baking section of some conventional stores either way there the is no difference from the oil in the baking section and the health section both can be used for both.

I hope you find the same outcome I have. Good Luck!
