Hydrocortisone 1% worked nicely, derma recommendation

My dermatologist recommended that I apply hydrocortisone 1% (over the counter) along with my metronidazole 0.75% cream. It has worked very nicely to tone down my rosacea--it's not completely gone, but it's way less red.

ALSO, I spend winter in Utah, and when I'm in Utah, my rosacea is not nearly as bad as when I'm in New England the rest of the year. But my diet and other behaviour remains the same.
