Best Natural Remedy for Acne Rosacea Pimples

Post by BestNaturalRemedy »

Hello everyone!

Here's something I found that helped me heal from Rosacea when my symptoms were really bad (I had so many pimples, pustules on my nose that it got swollen and mildly deformed). I wanted to share it with you in hopes that it will help others. It's cheap, effective, with reasonably fast results! For me, I started noticing some improvement after the first application. Since then, I use this method for maintenance (e.g., when I get 1 pimple, I use the "small area" method described below as soon as I see it start to form, and sometimes, it goes away in about 3 days! Sometimes, it takes a bit longer to completely go away, but I usually notice an improvement overnight).

Recipe:
- 1 large glass jar with screw on lid (like a mason jar)
- 1 small glass jar with pop-up lid
- Measuring cup
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Epsom Salt (fragrance-free)

1. Add water to the large glass jar
2. Place glass jar in microwave (without lid) and heat up for 1 minute
3. Add epsom salt to the warm water and mix until dissolved
4. Pour the epsom salt mixture into the small glass jar with pop up lid for daily use, and keep the large one covered for refills. Keep both at room temperature.

How to apply to skin:

SMALL AREA:
IF it’s just 1 pimple or a few pimples that are apart from each other:
- Soak a q-tip for 3-4 seconds and carefully place one drop over the pimple. The pimple s/b completely covered with a round or oval drop (not a thin film, but an actual drop). The drop should not be a huge b/c it may drizzle, just large enough to cover the pimple.
- Let dry on skin. It will dry a bit whiteish b/c it’s very salty water. The longer u leave it on, the better. At least 30 minutes. Overnight is even better.
- It does not need to be rinsed off the skin, only when you expect to be in public.
- Re-apply at least 2 times a day

MEDIUM-LARGE AREA:
IF it’s a large area (like several pimples that are really close together, touching each other; or like rosacea pimples that are itchy or oozing a clear liquid even though you have not popped them):
- With clean hands, get a cotton ball, and pull apart a piece of it (about the size of the affected area) and stretch it out, so it looks like a small blanket (avoid holes).
- Use a spoon to pour some of the mixture from the container onto half of the cotton
- Fold the cotton in half (to get the rest of it soaking wet)
- Unfold the cotton and place it on affected area. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes. It’ll start to dry a bit after about 15 minutes, so use a spoon to add 2-3 more drops to the cotton (while it’s still on the skin), so it can be on for at least 30 minutes very wet (ideally, soaking wet, but not drizzling).
- Remove cotton after at least 30 minutes, preferably longer.
- The salt residue does not need to be rinsed off the skin, only when you expect to be in public.
- For even faster healing, you should also treat the really large pimples using the technique outlined in the “Small area” section (above).
- Repeat at least 2 times a day

God led me to this natural remedy after much prayer, and it has worked wonders for my skin. I pray that it will help you as much as it has helped me. God bless you. :)
