experimenting 10 years, I freakin beat this!!!

Talk about all other non-prescription topicals here - stuff that you don't need a doctor's prescription to use.

This recommendation I do not understand. Everything I am reading says that you should drink a lot of water because you want to increase alkalinity and not acidity. But Apple Cider Vinegar is acidic.

Help me understand this one a bit more.

Thanks!

According to this article it is the potassium in ACV that helps.

I might start trying this myself. I'm not sure about putting it directly on my face but maybe drinking it in water, can't hurt.

If you're not sensitive to acidic foods, I hope it helps! :) I myself cannot have vinegar, lemon, orange, etc.

So far the Source Naturals Apple Cider Vinegar 500mg caps at 3 caps per day are going well.

Wow this sounds good may give the ACV a go, it sounds bearable. May hold on the other advice though my face is too flared for new things at the moment. Well done at finding your cure (clapping)

Eddie: I have absolutely no explanation for why the ACV works. For things concerning rosacea, I stopped asking why years ago. If it works, I go with it.

For years, I put lemon juice in my water (just for flavor) and I finally realized it was making my skin worse... go figure.

I can say for absolute certain that cheese, chocolate, beer and caffein make it flare up. All the things I like.
