I'm confused between rosacea and SD
somebody here could help me please ?
I heard one of the symptoms of SD is also burning sensation.

Could anyone let me know these are symtoms of usual rosacea ?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
skin - itchy ( not so~much but I should try not to touch / uncomfortable
- dry ( became dry suddenly after using salicylic acid (clinique turnaround if you know (;) for 3 months i used too much)
- sometimes something mosquitobites (around these hives become red) appear and almost 1 hour later disappear
- suddenly one small part of my face become reddish with itchy feeling and then suddenly dispappear..
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
i've never had burning sensation like this for 20 years. :-(

Could anybody please tell me the difference between rosacea and SD ?
both of them have burning sensation.. I confused...

Thank you.! :)

Can i add something ..?
there's no moisturizer I can try .. all make trouble or make burning worse.
until 2010 .12 > I didn't feel any burning .. and now it's hard to eat hot food .
rosacea can come like this abruptly ?

Hi
Sorry for your suffering and welcome to the board. It is a good idea to see a doctor who can make a diagnosis, the treatments for each disease can be different. It is also possible you are having an allergic reaction to something. I'd discontinue use of any product containing salicylic acid. Try using a gentle cleanser and moisturiser.
Best wishes
