Hi im thinking of going to mine tonight as im mortified coming into my warm office and ending up looking like a tomato,
i can hardly look into anyones eye let alone give talks,
any advice would be welcome,
ive done laser and use all the creams im thinking antibiotics or accutane ive heard about ?

Hi louie47.
Have you tried taking Clonidine? I take 2 to 3 a day but you can take quite a bit more, it does help with facial redness and your GP can prescribe it. Here are a few threads on it.

i spent the weekend hiding away like i do all the time now,
i dread leaving the house now but i will go this week
and hopefully get some clonidine
