David Pascoe's diet ?

There is a lot of interest in how what you eat can affect your rosacea. Some foods can cause a flareup in rosacea symptoms. Also the makeup of your diet in general will affect your health for sure and also your rosacea.

Hi David

I have read most of your articles about rosacea treatment, but I haven't found what diet you are on. Do you have suggestions regarding diet ?

Im a 28 year old Scandinavian male, and was disagnosed with rosacea in August 2014, right now im on a paleo diet.
