There is a lot of interest in how what you eat can affect your rosacea. Some foods can cause a flareup in rosacea symptoms. Also the makeup of your diet in general will affect your health for sure and also your rosacea.

I have spent almost 2 years with rosacea.I went to the doctor many times and all I did was tell me I had to use Finacea until "I remove rosacea"

1 month ago I came across these videos, I started eating lots of fruits and vegetables, ... and little else.
I also take vitamin supplements
I have this diet about 3 weeks and my rosacea is disappearing!!!

I think that's great to hear! Eating a limited diet will no doubt remove triggers, which can calm the skin. Many have noticed that after a bout of stomach flu, for instance, their skin calms tremendously.

I don't think it's good to call it a "cure" though, and hope you realize you cannot subsist on fruits and vegetables alone; you say you're eating "little else"? Do be careful with that :)

Agree with Cathy, while fruits and veggies are nutritious and very good for you in many respects, IMHO it's not a good idea to restrict food groups except under medical supervision. You might want to consider taking a daily multivitamin (if you don't already) to make sure you're getting essential nutrients.
