Hi All
With regard to upping your protein using soy. If, like me yeast seems to have a negative affect, (or shall we say removing it has a positive) be careful with using soy protein as this can increase the yeast in your body.
(I am not very technical but I am reliably informed from a science technician friend that soy is related or like yeast so having one "can" increase the other)
I had my allegies tested and I found I was allergic to yeast and was told to try and remove all soy, mushrooms, MSG, sugar etc from my diet too, so may that is the reason.
Not so easy to keep to though!!
