There is a lot of interest in how what you eat can affect your rosacea. Some foods can cause a flareup in rosacea symptoms. Also the makeup of your diet in general will affect your health for sure and also your rosacea.

Everyone is different when it comes to food triggers, so all you can do is experiment to see whether cereals cause you to flare, and if so, which ones.

I'm in the US, and we don't have Oatibix and Weetabix, but I found the ingredient lists on the Weetabix website:

Wholegrain Oats (97%), Malted Barley Extract, Sugar, Salt.

Wholegrain Wheat (95%), Malted Barley Extract, Sugar, Salt, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Folic Acid.

So it looks like the Otibix doesn't have niacin in it.

Some rosaceans have trouble with dairy, so you will have to determine whether that is a trigger for you.
