As an escape from the science I should be learning I started thinking about the science of my problems.
I was just wondering if theres any doctors around these here parts that could explain why its not just possible to clamp the external carotid artery a bit to limit blood flow to the face- has this sort of thing been studied or is it too dangerous or what? I'd happily take a scar over the red face. as somebody who is learning sciencey shit I know how stupid this sounds and over simplified I just wondered why it cant happen
