Minolira
Minolira is an extended release tablet formulation of Minocycline, designed to release 25% of the dosage immediately and 75% in a sustained release timeframe. Available as tablets containing 105mg and 135mg of the mixture of release timed components of minocycline, Minolira tablets can also be split into 2 equal pieces allowing 4 different dose amounts. Your doctor will use your weight to determine how many half or full tablets you should take. The aim of this graduated approach is to keep the amount of minocycline in your blood at below antibiotic levels, but still off a benefit against your symptoms.
