Vita-Oil Release Next Week. Tinted ZincO in July

Here is an announcement from RosaceaCare:

“Earlier this year, we announced that four important and popular rosacea products that had been unavailable for many months would thereafter, by special arrangement with the originator, be manufactured and distributed by the Rosacea Care Company. We are pleased to tell you that the first of these, the much-loved Vita-Oil, will be released and ready to ship this coming Thursday, June 25. On-line purchases can be made in advance of that date by visiting our website: rosaceacare.com.

We would remind you that this is exactly the same Vita-Oil that has helped so many rosaceans over the years. The formula is identical, and it is being manufactured by the same laboratory. As with previous packaging, an eye dropper and instruction sheet will be enclosed with every order. The price is $28 US.

We would also take this opportunity to announce that original Tinted ZincO will be available sometime in July. The exact release date will soon be posted on our website and on this Support Group page. We thank everyone for their patience and their enthusiasm for these products.”

Aren’t oils irritating to those with rosacea. Docs have always recommended use of oil free products.

Jojoba oil has some anti-inflammatory properties and is also an excellent moisturizer. It mimics some of the skin’s natural oils. One extra advantage of the vita-oil over regular jojoba oil is that it contains Vitamin C and A and lecithin.

jojoba oil has a waxy feel to it, and if you apply just a few drops to a very wet face it blends in perfectly and doesn’t leavy an oily feel.

Has anyone on this site used either of these products? I would really like to try this but dont want to spend the $34.00 if most Rosacea sufferers dont really like the product. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I am thrilled that the vita oil is now available even though my skin finally accepted regular jojoba oil. However, I am a bit disappointed at the increase in price. I believe it was 21.00 now 28.00. Why such as jump in price? I don’t get that.

Hi All,

RosaceaCare have just let me know that their Oatmeal Facial Cleanser is available to purchase online and will ship from December 14.

They have confirmed that the formulation and lab are the same as when it was made for Linda Sy.

RosaceaCare have let me know that the untinted zinco cream is now called Translucent Zinco and will be available from mid July. The name has changed but the formulation is the same as before.
