There is a charge for the meeting, which may deter some from attending but Alison from the ASG says
“we would love to have experts join us for nothing, our experience has shown us this is very hard to achieve. Therefore, we give a small honoriarium plus expenses for some of our speakers, plus room hire and travel for us to get and stay there. We still believe we will offer great value for money - where else can you get such fabulous experts together on one subject??”
