I am having laser surgery there in July for rhinophyma. I really struggled to find someone most places just didn't get back to me. NHs derm was not very helpful, accurate did not work. Dr maini has given me hope. In conjunction with the laser I'm having revelled (spray on skin) which means quicker healing and less chance of scarring.
