I'm 31 years old and have mild to moderate rosacea and tried everything my derm gave me, antibiotics, creams, basically anything she recommended and nothing worked. My rosacea just continually got worse and I spent days crying, contimplating killing myself cuz I looked like a monster. The only thing that seem to worked for me was the big NO NO of steroid cream, desonide, which after awhile of use will only make matters worse. I finally decided to give prosacea a try and it worked! Now, its not a miracle cream so don't expect dramatic results over night, but it definitely works! I don't notice any smell at all so maybe they fixed the formula and I haven't noticed any dryness and I get very dry very quick in my cheeks. I put it on only overnight and in the morning those awful red bumps definitely decreased in size! The redness faded a bit overnight but redness isn't my main concern cuz I wear makeup and can easily cover that up its the bumps that make my life hell. I'm so happy that I decided to give it a try after reading mixed reviews but all I can say is, give it a shot, it can't hurt. It may be just what ur skin needs cuz its definitely what mine needed.

Tried this whilst in the USA, after a really bad breakout on my nose and cheeks. I hadn't been diagnosed as rosacea but I guessed from the symptoms that this was the most likely candidate. I can say that after 5 days it's the redness and pinples and nodules have completly gone, and I feel fantastic and far not selfconscious. By the way I had bad acne as a teenager and sulphur was the most effective remedy. I'm 50 now and suffered from this for some 4 years, but Prosacea seems to keep it under control. I'm converted!

I saw this in the store and thought, what the heck, I'll give it a try. I had tried a lot of other stuff for rosacea and it didn't work. My doctor always wanted to give me Metrogel (which doesn't work at all)! Well, this stuff is absolutely GREAT! It really works (for me at least) and for that I'm grateful. Because the redness and bumps are embarrassing. I will continue to use this and am grateful to the makers of it. Plus, it's not that expensive. My face really is clear and looks normal now - like everyone else I see in my office, so I don't feel like I have to hide. Thanks again for a great product.

I am new to rosacea, I think I have had minor symptoms for a while but just last week I had a major flare up and it got really noticeable and now I am dealing with redness that really never goes away but seems worse a different times through out the day. I have prosacea for just about three days and I think it is starting to work on the redness but its still to early to tell. I do think using it three times a day is a little much for my skin and is making it dry. If I do use it once a day I wonder if morning or night is better? Also can I go back to using normal facial creams for wrinkles and moisturizing or do I need special sensitive skin creams? Will prosacea even work with face creams?

I have been using this gel for 2 weeks and I can really see some improvement! The swelling, redness, and enlarged pores have calmed down tremendously. It is at this point that I have really noticed a difference! I have struggled with Roseacea for about 12 years and it has been exhausting! My only complaint is that I want a bigger tube. I am using it 2 times a day; in the morning and when I go to bed. I don't know how far it is going to go. Also, it will not get rid of my broken capillaries; but I did not expect it to. Only a laser can do that. Anyway, I love the stuff so far! I recommend it!

I have been using Prosacea for about three months and I couldn't be happier. My face is much less red than before and the acne has all but disappeared. I have the occasional pimple but the duration of the outbreak has decreased as well. I know some people are allergic to sulphur and can't use Prosacea but I whole heartedly recommend it for those who can.

Im 14 and Ive had rosacea my whole life and it recently got worse, so I had my mom buy me Prosacea. I was shocked to find out that after maybe 3 months of using it, it didn't help at all. I was extremely disappointed because I'm so self consioius of it. It ccleared up my acne, but didn't help my rosacea at all.

I have had years of minimal, but still embarrassing and painful rosacea on my nose and cheeks. I had tried everything, from prescription creams to home remedies, and to these over the counter creams. Prosacea did work for me, but not very well over the long term. And I wanted to find a fix for my rosacea rather than a constant symptom-treater. I have been following all of your responses for the last year and have greatly appreciated hearing about others' experiences, so I wanted to share my latest experience with Rosacea.

I walked into a BlueMercury store with the intention of getting new makeup--mine was old and cheap--and ended up chatting with a sales clerk about what in the store might be good for skin with rosacea. She ended up steering me towards creams from the INTRAL line of DARPHIN, a french skin care company. I took home testers of the INTRAL cleansing milk, and used it with a day and night cream both designed for reducing redness. Over 3 days, my rosacea went completely away. Then my bumpy, itchy chin (eczema) started calming down and clearing up. Now my face is clearer than I've EVER seen it, like I can't even remember because even in high school I had these rosacea problems.

It is expensive, but I'm sure many of you would say it's worth every penny when compared with the frustration and time/money of constantly changing your remedies. I hope it works for others!!!

I'm glad to hear it. It is too bad no one product works for everyone. Prosacea gave me a new lease on life after a long stint with severe rosacea. My sister-in-law gave our family a calendar full of photos taken throughout this past year as a Christmas present. I was stunned to remember how terrible my skin looked as recently as October. It is now late January, and my skin still looks clear. A bit rosey, but no more bumps and peeling.

My husband has had rosacea for the last 6 years...and it was terrible for him. I bought him a tube of prosacea and it has cleared up his rosacea completely. He uses it sparingly, is still on his first tube, and can even skip days now. He's gone from painful looking red spots and bumps and red lesions on his nose to having clear skin again. Prosacea is amazing.
