Looks to me like they are about to start promoting Promiseb in the US, so perhaps we'll start seeing it become available soon.

I think for some rosacea sufferers, SD can be a parallel issue. Thus having some good treatments that might be gentle enough for rosacea sufferers to us is a good thing.

Hi Digital Davo, thanks for your comment. Do you know if the Promiseb Topical Cream is available for use here in the U.S, or is there ither things to try like Born to Be Mild Medicated Cleanser.
Do you at all think this is also related to Rosacea?
Thanks--Maureen

Hi Maureen,

that is a good question that I can't answer. Anything is possible I guess, but I would think systemic intolerance to yeast is not related to seborrheic dermatitis. I doubt that foods that yeast feed on make much difference, but again anything is possible.

We do know that systemic antibiotics can kill off flora and lead to candida - but that is something different I believe.

Digital Davo
When people have this problem like seb derm, and this yeast lives on our skin. Are we sensitive to foods we eat that contain yeast, or foods that feed yeast, example dairy products, breads, sugar etc.

But how do other people who eat these products never seem to get this. Or will they eventually.

The theory is that PTZ acts as an anti-fungal so is effective in eliminating M. Globosa, a type of yeast.
