Agree with Cathy... also the cost issue is a big one for me since my insurance stinks, but that it offset by the relatively small amount of the product needed (so it goes a long ways). It took me about 3 weeks to arrive at a topical regimen that worked for me. It did get worse at first but now it is MUCH better, even better now that when I first commented in this thread. I hope there are no long term side effects, cuz my skin is feeling and looking pretty good using it twice a day (mixed with various other moisturizers and the like).
