I thought after I made the colonoscopy remark that of course the test is not for the entire intestine or it would be called "intestinoscopy", I suppose. I am not doubtful of what you are doing but of those photos on the website. But, you are doing it and saw it, whatever "it" is...... I just hope it helps you.

I've moved to phase 3 now. I'm seeing how quickly I can get this done considering my plan is pretty extreme.

Today I had shredded wheat & garlic plus 2 candida cleanse tablets. Real struggle to eat all of the cloves. In hindsight I probably should have blended it all together or something.

Mid-day I started eating proper foods again from the ok foods to eat list at:-
http://candidapage.com/candiet.txt
I had chicken breast with fresh mixed veg. After I had 2 more candida cleanse and 1 digestive enzymes tablets. I had 1 Actimel, 1 Yakult and 1 Muller Vitality. I also had 1 Beneflora sachet.

This evening I had basically the same but with salmon instead of chicken and no Beneflora.

My skin has got very bad today from being not bad at all yesterday. This was expected, but still not pleasant. I hope such a strong reaction shows the definite connection between the candida and my rash, and that this mean my efforts aren't in vain in the long run :(

I've got a little gassy again, smells only of garlic. I'm contemplating doing some exercise shortly to try and seat out some of the garlic and make sure it gets everywhere to help kill the candida.

Had about 3 great days, stomach never hadn't felt that good for ages. But then I tried introducing a few new things into my diet, including lactose free cheese. This caused a gassy day, which was pretty disappointing for me :( It's been reflected in a mild flush, fingers crossed it wont get any worse. I've cut the cheese out again, and have been less gassy today.

P.S. Very almost finished the page with all my face pics. Should get it up this week and you can see what I've been suffering.
