They just wanted to say "Ok this is what you have, this will take care of it, BYE!". I was also very young at the time. My rosacea started when I was 15 so maybe that's why they felt they didn't have to take me very seriously. But so glad you found Dr. Rickenback bbillcee. And Aurelia, it's true when it comes to rosacea, there aren't alot of derms that know how to deal with it. Not even the general public here really know what it is. They just look at you like you have 3 heads, lol. But I like educating them. And many have never even noticed I have it so that's always nice.
