Years ago I was diagnosed with Rosacea by a dermatologist. He prescribed a lotion to put on my face. It never really made it much better. When the prescription ran out I just used suntan lotion. Sometimes it helps sometimes it doesn't. I have been seeing my family doctor for a great amount of hair loss. He has referred me to that dermatologist. He just wrote me a prescription for rigaine. So I went back to my doctor and told him I was not happy with what he had told me. I will see another dermatologist in about 1 week. Hair loss does not run in my family. So now I question whether this hair loss could be because of Rosacea. Has anyone ever had this problem? I would appreciate your help in this.

Has anyone heard of Etival Laboratoire Urgen-C. I live in Canada and this is new and only available through Shoppers Drug Mart. It is expensive and may be a cash grab?

If it's flaky are you sure it's Rosacea? Was it diagnosed by a dermatologist or a regular doctor? I've had bad experiences with misdiagnosis :/
