Untill now ( 2 months)it works very well for me to controll the rosacea. I started with using it topically 50 % water 50% ACV. Now I rinse my face with a cotton ball 100% every morning and evening after cleansing it. Then I put a moisterizer over it. it surprizes me that nothinmg is said about it.
