		<description>I&#039;m guessing that they are talking about something like Permethrin which is used to kill demodex mites. There are lots of pages here that talk about demodex mites, how to kill them and also discussions about any possible links between demodex mites and rosacea symptoms. 		<description>I cleared mine up by using a very mild pesticide used on Rabbits. It has to be mild for them.  Overnight my skin was almost clear, and in 3 days it was totally clear.</description>
